How to make a claim
If you have an issue with a device that you have purchased from us, please contact us straight away and we will guide you through the process. In some cases, we might be able to assist you remotely. A member of our Tech Support Team can connect to your device and diagnose and potentially fix the issue for you.
If we are unable to fix the device remotely, we will provide you with the details to return your device to us.

This sixth generation Surface computer line has all been updated to Intel's eighth generation Kaby Lake Refresh Core-i5 CPUs. It is available with 8GB RAM & 256GB M.2 NVMe Solid State Storage.
The port configuration on the Surface Pro 6 remains the same as previous generations with one Surface Connect, USB 3.0 type-A port, one Mini DisplayPort, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microSD card reader.
The Surface Pro 6 features a 12.3 inch PixelSense display with a resolution of 2736x1824.
